New Accounts

To become a Bella Blvd customer register online. Minimum opening order is $75. No minimum for re-orders.

Placing An Order

You can place an order online with Bella Blvd, call us at 414-259-1800 for our friendly customer service team, fax an order to 414-259-1801 or email an order to sales@bellablvd.net.

Order Processing Policy

At this time we do not process or fulfill backorders. If your item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the out of stock product, ship the balance of your order, adjust your order total, and send you a shipping confirmation. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order.

Pricing

Pricing is in US currency only. Shipping and handling are separate.Credit Terms: Bella Blvd does not offer credit terms. All orders are required to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Credit Cards

Orders with declined credit cards will be put on hold for 30 days during which time you will be contacted for alternate payment. If the card does not approve within 30 days, or if we are not supplied with another form of payment, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy & Methods

Final shipping and handling changes will be added to your subtotal, then billed to your credit card.We will ship to locations in the United States and virtually any address in the world. Shipping rates are based on your item subtotal. Bella Blvd’s primary shipping provider is UPS. Standard ship items will be sent by Standard Ground Shipping which will typically arrive within three to eight business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within three business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Expedited shipping is available, please contact us at sales@bellablvd.net. for assistance with expedited packages. All international shipments will be shipped according to instructions. Hawaii/Alaska/APO: Shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses will ship via USPS mail.

Damages/Shortages

Damages or shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honored. Credit for damaged products will be honored only if the original packaging is retained for inspection.

Return Policy/Restock

You are required to contact Bella Blvd within five (5) business days of receipt of product for return authorization. Product(s) must then be returned within 10 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping package insurance. In addition, all returns are subject to a $45 restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Special Events & Donations

Current retailers of Bella Blvd are welcome to submit donation requests. Please contact us via email at sales@bellablvd.net. Due to donation request volume, please understand that not all donation requests will be granted.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Due to limitations in the printing process, actual colors may vary. Bella Blvd reserves the right to adjust prices. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final, no credit or adjustments will be made. Terms, conditions and prices are subject to change without notice. Reproduction in any way of Bella Blvd designs and products without expressed written consent from Bella Blvd is strictly prohibited. By ordering, you agree to limit Bella Blvd LLCs liability to the value of the cost of the product(s) purchased.

Notice of Inactive Accounts

Please be aware that any Bella Blvd account that remains inactive for one year is subject to deletion. Retailers with deleted accounts must re-register for a new Bella Blvd account before a new order can be placed.
